Our Background

A Practice Founded in 2017

Jalan Suites began when two property advisors โ€” with backgrounds in private banking and hospitality management โ€” recognised that Singapore's high-end rental market was underserving the people who mattered most: the tenants.

They saw clients arrive in Singapore with significant budgets, clear preferences, and very little time โ€” yet be presented with properties that required imagination rather than genuinely fitting their lives. The process felt transactional. They believed it could feel entirely different.

From a single office on Cairnhill Rise, Jalan Suites has since assisted over two hundred clients in finding and settling into homes they genuinely love. The team has grown carefully โ€” never sacrificing the attentiveness that defines the work.
